Cancellation Policy
To help our clients avoid cancellation fees, we send appointment confirmations 72 hours in advance, allowing ample time to make any necessary changes before our 48-hour cancellation window.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. By booking an appointment, clients authorize the salon to charge the credit card on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
Clients with an outstanding cancellation or no-show balance will be unable to book future appointments until the balance has been paid in full.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact our stylists and other clients waiting for appointment availability.
